Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans, including pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management plans.
• Maintain meticulous documentation, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and timely completion of clinical records.
• Utilize evidence-based practices and screening tools as directed by our clinical team to enhance the effectiveness of treatment.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create and implement positive behavior support plans that cater to individual client needs.
• Actively participate in all licensing, accreditation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring our clinic meets the highest standards of care.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local state agencies, community partners, and service systems to bolster support for our clients.
• Engage in professional development by attending conferences and training, contributing to statewide meetings, and representing the agency at various forums.
• Champion the agency’s mission and core values in every interaction with clients and community members.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by the Clinic Director to support team objectives and client care.

Qualifications

• A Master’s degree or Doctorate in a behavioral health field is mandatory for this position.
• Possession of a current and valid LMHC license or equivalent licensure (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC) issued by the state board.
• Demonstrable ability to maintain clinical records and prepare associated reports effectively.
• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to thrive in a collaborative interdisciplinary setting.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating ideas clearly and effectively.
• Ability to exercise sound judgment and make independent clinical decisions based on comprehensive professional knowledge.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in community health settings or with underserved populations is highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, in addition to a one-time hire-on bonus of $3,000.
