Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patient histories and identify bespoke therapeutic approaches that align with their unique needs.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans centered on trauma recovery, utilizing evidence-based methodologies like Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on processing traumatic experiences, cultivating coping strategies, and fostering an atmosphere of healing.

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated, holistic care for all patients.

• Deliver crisis intervention services during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patients receive immediate and compassionate support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are primarily individuals recovering from various forms of trauma. This includes those diagnosed with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, often facing multifaceted challenges related to their experiences. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
