Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate individual patients’ histories and current mental health conditions, ensuring the development of customized treatment plans.

• Implement and monitor individualized treatment approaches that focus on trauma recovery, resilience, and the overall well-being of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to address a variety of trauma-related challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on helping clients process trauma experiences and acquire effective coping strategies.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other multidisciplinary team members to ensure integrated and cohesive care for all patients.

• Provide crisis intervention when needed, offering immediate support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring safety and stability.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses, available resources, and healthy coping mechanisms, to foster understanding and empowerment.

• Maintain comprehensive, accurate, and confidential patient records that conform to legal and ethical standards, using our electronic health record (EHR) system efficiently.

• Engage in case consultations and participate in professional development activities focused on trauma-informed care practices.

• Stay informed on the latest research and best practices related to trauma therapy, enhancing your clinical skills and contributing to the organization’s overall knowledge base.

Qualifications\n

• Demonstrated knowledge of trauma-related disorders and experience with trauma-informed treatment modalities.

• The ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining a calm and composed demeanor is critical.

Compensation and Benefits\n
