Key Responsibilities

• Assess and evaluate patients' needs, formulating comprehensive treatment plans tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic techniques, including exercise programs, manual therapy, and use of specialized equipment to alleviate patients' discomfort.
• Continuously track patient progress through documentation and adjust treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.
• Reassess and redefine therapeutic objectives regularly, adapting methodologies to align with each patient's evolving needs.
• Educate patients, their families, and caregivers on rehabilitation practices and proper usage of assistive devices to maximize independence in daily activities.
• Participate in professional development opportunities including workshops, seminars, and networking to stay current with industry trends and best practices.
• Foster a positive atmosphere by providing mentorship and guidance to new graduates entering the field of physical therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient population ranges from children to elderly adults requiring rehabilitation due to injuries, chronic pain, surgeries, or disabilities. You will play a pivotal role in facilitating their recovery journey, focusing on enabling them to achieve their maximum functional potential. You will develop treatments that enhance mobility and pain management, ensuring each patient receives personalized care that addresses their unique circumstances.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist in New Jersey.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective documentation and patient interaction.
• Proficient in using computer systems and word processing software for documentation and reporting.
• Demonstrated flexibility and ability to adapt to various patient needs and treatment settings.

Compensation and Benefits
