Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed mental health assessments that evaluate patients' trauma history, strengths, and challenges, tailoring treatment approaches accordingly.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care, enhancing overall treatment outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a mental health counselor at Hill Crest Counseling Services, your primary focus will be on individuals who have experienced trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from a regionally accredited institution.

• Active and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure experience is preferred, with a focus on trauma-related disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
