Work Environment

Your work environment will be an onsite rehabilitation center in Lehigh Acres, where collaboration is key. You will join a team of skilled professionals dedicated to providing high-quality care. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate patients' physical conditions and medical histories to formulate effective treatment plans.
• Implement customized therapeutic interventions, employing evidence-based techniques to ensure optimal recovery.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service, ensuring that every patient feels welcomed and supported throughout their recovery journey.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, enhancing patient care and coordination of services.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers, enabling them to manage their conditions effectively.
• Meet or exceed utilization goals and contribute to the overall business objectives of the facility.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must possess the following:

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state license to practice Physical Therapy.

Compensation and Benefits
