Work Environment

This full-time position is performed onsite, allowing Physical Therapists to work closely with patients in their homes, delivering personalized care plans directly where they live. Our interdisciplinary treatment approach ensures that Physical Therapists collaborate with a range of healthcare professionals, enhancing the overall patient experience. The typical work schedule involves 40 hours per week, with variable weekend hours as required. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients' functional limitations to create personalized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare providers, ensuring continuity of care through effective communication and consultation regarding patients' treatment progress.
• Deliver exceptional patient interactions by addressing their questions, concerns, and preferences, while adhering strictly to customer service standards.
• Implement and document treatment procedures accurately, maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and professional standards.
• Regularly assess treatment effectiveness, making necessary adjustments and communicating these with the entire interdisciplinary team.
• Participate in departmental leadership functions, including community outreach initiatives, program development, and supervision of therapy assistants and aides.
• Engage in continuous professional development through self-study and attending relevant training and educational programs.
• Maintain accurate documentation of treatments and charges for all services provided, ensuring clarity and transparency in patient records.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your role as a Physical Therapist will focus on a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic conditions affecting their mobility and daily functions. Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited educational institution.

Compensation and Benefits

Mindful Physical Therapy offers an attractive salary range of USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
