Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on children experiencing disabilities or developmental delays during their formative years, specifically ages zero to three. You will engage with families seeking support through federal and state programs, ensuring that each child receives personalized interventions that facilitate physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Social Work.

• Licensure as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) through the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license.
