Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments to gain insight into client histories and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect individual needs and goals.

• Facilitate engaging, one-on-one therapy sessions utilizing a variety of evidence-based techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and trauma-informed care.

• Maintain collaborative relationships with other mental health practitioners, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support throughout the therapeutic process.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay updated with the latest trends, research findings, and best practices in mental health counseling.

• Contribute to program development initiatives by offering innovative ideas aimed at enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.

• Provide crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute distress, ensuring their immediate safety and well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records using an electronic medical records system, in compliance with ethical and legal standards.

• Engage actively in team meetings to discuss case progress and share insights that can enhance overall service quality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds who are facing a range of emotional challenges. Your expertise will aid clients experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship conflicts, and more, providing them with the tools and resources necessary for healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience in providing mental health counseling services to individuals or groups is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Demonstrated ability to build rapport with clients quickly and effectively, along with strong interpersonal skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually , reflecting the importance we place on attracting and retaining top talent. Full-time counselors are also eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, enhancing overall compensation.
