Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques and interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy, play therapy, and family therapy.

• Deliver family therapy sessions in order to equip parents and caregivers with effective strategies for creating a supportive home environment.

• Collaborate closely with child psychiatrists, educators, and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and ensure coordinated treatment.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of young clients.

• Educate families about mental health conditions, available resources, and treatment options, empowering them to take an active role in their children’s care.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in ongoing training, team meetings, and professional development activities aimed at enhancing clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on children and adolescents ranging from ages 5 to 18, addressing various mental health issues stemming from unique life experiences and developmental stages. You will work with families to create comprehensive treatment plans that promote emotional and psychological growth, while also tailoring your approach to meet the diverse needs of each young client.

Qualifications\n

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated knowledge of child and adolescent mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.
\n
• Experience providing individual and family therapy to young clients with various mental health needs.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a child-centered, empathetic approach.
\n
• Ability to establish rapport and build trust with children and their families, fostering a safe therapeutic environment.

• Proficient in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and telehealth technology.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of clinical experience working in a mental health capacity with children and adolescents.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, in addition to performance bonuses. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus to welcome them to our team. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
