Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ mental health histories, with a specific focus on trauma experiences, to create an effective treatment plan.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment strategies aimed at recovery from trauma and resilience building.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) in individual and group therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatric professionals and healthcare providers to ensure an integrated and holistic approach to patient care and treatment.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies during emergencies related to trauma to provide immediate support to clients in distress.

• Educate patients and their families on understanding trauma responses, developing coping strategies, and available mental health resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of all patient interactions, in alignment with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Engage in regular case consultations, team meetings, and continued education focused on trauma-informed care and evolving best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
