Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' history and mental health needs accurately.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in Arizona.

Preferred Experience\n
