Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' histories and tailor appropriate treatment methodologies.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at facilitating trauma recovery through evidenced-based interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions utilizing techniques such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Assist patients in processing trauma experiences, building coping strategies, and fostering personal healing during therapy sessions.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for all patients.

• Offer crisis intervention and thus support patients during high-stress situations and emergencies related to their trauma experiences.

• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and effective coping mechanisms, guiding them to valuable resources.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation, adhering strictly to legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in case consultations, team meetings, and training sessions, continually enhancing your skills in trauma-informed care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be working with individuals who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, providing necessary support and specialized care aimed at recovery. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW in Massachusetts.

• A minimum of 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n
