Physical Therapist - Therapy - Full-Time

Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team at Joint in Motion Physical Therapy Center located in Princeton, New Jersey. This full-time position involves working onsite at our modern rehabilitation facility within a supportive multidisciplinary team. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and implementing tailored treatment programs aimed at facilitating patient recovery and enhancing their quality of life.

Design and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical findings and physician recommendations.

Utilize evidence-based techniques to address a wide array of conditions, including but not limited to post-surgical rehabilitation, sports injuries, and chronic pain management.

Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions and outcomes in compliance with regulatory standards.

Our therapists also engage with pediatric, neurologic, and geriatric patients, catering to varied rehabilitation needs. A minimum of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.

Active physical therapy license in the state of New Jersey.

At least two years of practical experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient orthopedic therapy.

Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and basic computer applications.

A commitment to building rapport with patients, ensuring their emotional and psychological comfort during treatment.

A desire to foster community relationships, supporting outreach and educational initiatives.

Familiarity with community resources to assist in patient recovery beyond the clinical environment.
