Position Overview High Level Rehab & Therapy Clinic is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in Clearwater, Florida. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to work onsite in a state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility, where you will be responsible for evaluating and treating orthopedic patients. Conduct thorough evaluations of orthopedic patients to determine their physical therapy needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

Implement effective therapy techniques, utilizing a range of modalities and best practices to promote healing and recovery.

Educate patients and their families on treatment options, in-home exercise regimens, and safety procedures to ensure safe and effective post-therapy practices.

Maintain accurate patient records and document all therapy plans, patient progress, and coordination with other medical professionals.

Contribute to patient education initiatives within the clinic, offering workshops and resources to promote wellness and injury prevention in the community.

Our clinic primarily serves a diverse patient population seeking rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries and post-surgical recovery. You will work with individuals of all ages, from active adults looking to recover from sports injuries to seniors managing chronic pain or recovering from joint replacements. The role requires a sensitive approach to meet the unique needs of each patient and build trusting relationships that foster compliance and motivation throughout their rehabilitation journey.

A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

A valid Physical Therapy license for the state of Florida.

At least three years of clinical experience in an outpatient physical therapy setting, with a focus on orthopedic conditions.

Current certifications in First Aid, AED, and CPR.

Proficient in the use of electronic health record (EHR) systems and possess strong computer skills for documentation and communication.

A Master's Degree in Physical Therapy or a related field is highly desirable.
